Help with FormMail

Let me first begin by saying hello and be clear that I am long in the tooth but a neophyte with all things techie.

I am currently in the process of moving my existing domains over to WebAir, a process that will take some time. ALL of my sites were built using FrontPage and thus email forms were never a problem. There appears to be an issue with the Front Page extensions on my account and the servers will not accept an upload from the FP software which means I need to have a crash course in FormMail and adjust a few hundred forms on my various sites to have them operational. To this end, I need some serious help in specific coding and replacing the FrontPage codes but have not the slightest idea where to start. Would anyone be willing, if I were to send over one form, explain how I would change this code over to FormMail and I believe I have also a need to change something in the cgi-bin.

Any assistance or guidance would be a blessing.
