I am still getting so much better speeds to my box on the cheapo network maybe I should move my other stuff to the cheapo network.

also depends upon where you are located...i can assure you not everyone is getting teh speeds you see cogent is by no means comparable to tier one networks...

I have got better speeds to the cogent network from 4 different locations in the world (Canada, Sweden, Thailand, The Philippines).
